Styled Shoot – Winter Wonderland
Winter Wonderland, animals included!
When you think of a winter wedding you might assosiate it with blue and silver tones. Well, we went in another direction! I love the buzz around styled shoots, everyone has different ideas to bring to the table. We started a little moodboardand the normal group chat and before we knew it we had come up with a really different theme.
The shoot was being held at The Old Milking Parlour in Henstridge, (if you are local and getting married you need to visit). The venue has so much greenery around and even some woods. This was the first shoot that I had been involved in that had a stylist involved, Lynne from Rustic Rentals and she was very knowledgable so it flowed very well. The photographer on the shoot Chantel was extremely thorough and the images as you will see are just stunning.
The stationery needed to be rich in keeping with the backdrop. I worked with Tess on a monogram, I designed it and then she stitched it on napkins, it was such a great touch. Monograms are big this season, which is great as I adore creating them. We opted for rich reds and gold, a little floral to give the rustic feel.
The cursive font compliments the traditional serif, used on all of the stationery items to create a full set of bespoke on the day stationery.
